Apollo Hotel is a place where I have learned so much, I started working in the small Food & Bevarage team, that worked closely with the Front Office (reception) the kitchen and its management team. The informal feel of their company culture spoke to me, and I choose to spend my Internship there as well. As I was studying Facility management they gave me a lot of freedom, and I was able to show my creative side more and more. Quickly I became the go to person for the daily chalkboards, special occasions, or lavish cocktails. It showed me that it doesn’t matter where I am, there is always a way to show my creativity, and it surely got appreciated by the guests and colleges
