Even though I love standing behind the camera, I don’t mind standing in front of it either. I have had multiple opportunity’s to work together with amazing, diverse photographers, and although I don’t aspire to model, I love the process of realizing good portrait pictures.

Pregnancy shoot
These are some of my most precious pictures. I was 17 weeks pregnant, my little boy only the size of a pear, and started to show for the first time. My friend who is an amazing photographer took these pictures in the comfort of my own home, it was very intimate and collaborative. Unfortunately we where never able to do a follow up shoot as I moved to England, and covid-19 didn’t let us.

Here I had the pleasure working with a University professor who is also a professional photographer. We came up with several concepts, and where able to improvise a lot in the moment. It was a very interesting experience working with somebody who knew exactly what to do, to realise the best outcome. from lighting to poses, I learned a lot.

Christmas Angel
The local newspaper in my home village organizes a photoshoot and interview with a young woman every year for their December issue cover called “Christmas angel”. That year they asked me through my dance teacher. I was very nervous since I had never stood in front of the camera before, but everybody on set was really welcoming. It was a really nice opportunity and an amazing experience.
